How often do your earrings go on sale?
I do my best to do at one big sale at least once a month, my listings always go live on Fridays at 7pm CST. Follow the shop's Instagram to stay updated on announcements and countdowns.
I'm not Indigenous, can I still purchase/wear your beadwork?
Yes absolutely! This is my most asked question and all that I ask is that the beadwork is worn in the state of appreciation as opposed to appropriation.
Do you do customs/commissions?
Unfortunately no, I have a rising demand for my pieces and while I'm very grateful, it leaves no time for customs.
Are your beaded earrings heavy?
Depends! Typically any variation of my fringe/dangle earrings are super lightweight! But as for my bigger pieces they can be heavy (naturally), I never recommend wearing them for long periods of time especially if you have sensitive ears.
I have sensitive ears, what metal do you use for your earrings?
Unless stated otherwise, all earrings are attached on hypoallergenic stainless steel lever-backs or posts that are safe for sensitive ears although it may vary person to person!
Do you make clip-on earrings?
Earrings are never listed as clip-ons, but I do have them available! The clip-on converter option will be available in the listing of the earrings. If you do not see the clip-on option, it may be because the earrings are too heavy to be supported by clip-ons. The clip-ons are silver plated brass and are nickel free.
Please note: Clip-on converters are not available for post earrings.
A pair of beaded earrings that I wanted sold out, will you remake them?
I never remake pieces to be EXACTLY the same, but you can always expect to find a very similar pair in my future sales!
Do you ship outside of U.S and Canada?
As of right now the answer is no, shipping can be tricky enough as a small business, I am currently only comfortable shipping within the U.S and Canada. Hope you understand!
What's your processing time?
All orders will be packed and shipped within 2-3 business days.
Please be patient as USPS does experience delays due to COVID.
I think my package was lost in the mail, what can you do?
If you think your order is lost or stolen I will do my best to track your package and contact USPS in attempt to find it, but please keep in mind I am not responsible for any package once it is dropped off to the mail carrier and have no further information other than the tracking number.
What's you return policy?
All sales are final and I do not accept returns or exchanges, sorry!
Other:
